The Corporate Training Warehouse was formed five years ago by its two Managing Partners, Ian Smith and Marek Gitlin.

Our ambition is to offer Training and Organisational Development practitioners a consultancy partnership, whose primary goal is to change lives by improving people and corporate performance.

We are a creative and pragmatic consultancy. We work in the realm of real time/real world issues. We eschew ivory tower theorising. We promote candour and practical solutions.
